Rashida Jones as Ann Perkins Rashida Jones plays Nurse Ann Perkins who is also a close friend of Leslie’s. Rashida landed the part in the comedy after her work on The Office US as the creators initially wanted Parks and Rec to be a spin-off of the Steve Carell-led show.
