The Setai Miami Beach can’t kick out Sarah Lazow, but the luxury condo-hotel’s ownership is making the Los Angeles woman’s stay there an unpleasant one.

Lazow, who currently has a short-term lease for a privately-owned unit in one of the Setai’s upper floors, is banned from the property’s pool, bars, restaurants and from using any of the amenities, according to court documents in an ongoing lawsuit in Miami-Dade Circuit Court.

California woman reported missing while on vacation in Miami

An Arizona woman is pleading for the public’s help after her daughter, a 23-year-old California mother of two, disappeared last month while vacationing in Miami.

Darnella Melancon, of Yuma, recently traveled to Florida to help search for her daughter Angela Morrisey, a Sacramento woman and citizen of the Fort Yuma Quechan Indian Tribe, Indian Country Today reported.

Morrisey was in Miami with her boyfriend, who told police he last saw her March 28. The two were waiting for a boat tour at the downtown Bayside Marketplace when she headed to the restroom and never returned, investigators said.

A young mother-of-two from California has been missing for more than two weeks after vanishing while on a trip to Miami with her boyfriend, and her family are pleading for the public’s help in finding her.

Ronny Finvarb Plans Hotel at 1790 Alton Road in Miami Beach

UPDATED, April 14, 9:10 a.m.: Miami Beach hotelier Ronny Finvarb closed on the site of a planned boutique hotel on Alton Road.

Finvarb’s Sobe 18 LLC paid $4 million for the 10,200-square-foot property at 1790 Alton Road in Miami Beach, he said. There, he plans to build a 36-key hotel with a restaurant on the ground floor.

Property records show 1790 Alton Holdings LLC sold the lot. The company is led by Nathanael J. Cohen, Yonel Fellous and Athea Steven. The property previously traded for $1.2 million in 2011.

Sacramento mom goes missing on spring break vacation in Miami

SACRAMENTO, Calif. (KTXL) – A Sacramento mother of two young children has gone missing while on a trip to Miami and her family is desperately searching for answers and hoping to bring her home safe. 

Angela Morrisey, 23, has been missing since March 28.

Family says they went from Sacramento to Miami for spring break.
