Eintracht Frankfurt shakeup continues with Bobic’s departure

FRANKFURT, Germany (AP) — Eintracht Frankfurt’s unplanned management shakeup continued Wednesday with the announcement that sporting director Fredi Bobic will leave after five successful years at the end of the season.

It came a day after the Bundesliga club said coach Adi Hütter will depart to join league rival Borussia Mönchengladbach next season and two months after it was announced that Bruno Hübner, the team’s other sporting director, is leaving.

Utah’s basketball roster continues to shift with another departure, return and addition

It’s been an interesting couple of weeks for the Utah basketball program as the program continues to evolve under head coach Craig Smith’s direction. As expected, the roster continues to change as names are coming, going, and coming back.

COVID travel should be avoided, CDC continues to advise as trips surge

As the United States hit another milestone in the COVID-19 pandemic Monday, with more than 30 million COVID-19 cases, Dr. Rochelle Walensky, director of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, reiterated during a White House COVID-19 briefing that Americans should limit travel.

An official with The Villages continues to disregard the request to wear a mask at a recreation center.

Ken Stoff, who serves as the treasurer for The Villages Holding Co., was maskless when he attended Wednesday afternoon’s Project Wide Advisory Committee budget workshop at Savannah Center.
