Denmark Begins Phase 3 of Gradual Reopening of Travel Activities

The Danish authorities have announced that phase three of the gradual reopening of travel activities to and from Denmark will begin today, May 14.

The second phase of Denmark’s reopening plan started back on May 1, which enabled fully vaccinated travellers and children under the age of 18 who are permanent residents in Denmark to travel to orange-listed countries.

Berthoud hires manager to oversee all recreation activities

As progress on the physical construction of the Berthoud recreation center and associated amenities at Waggener Farm Park continues daily, another major step was take this week when the town hired a manager to oversee all recreation activities in town, including serving in the capacity of the general manager or executive director of the rec center itself.

City of Tucson to begin reopening recreation centers, senior activities

TUCSON (KVOA) – The City of Tucson is reopening recreation centers for senior activities.

Starting Tuesday, senior centers and program locations will be open for activities three days a week at 50-percent capacity to folks 50 and older.

The city says seniors are not required to be vaccinated to participate. However, they must still follow safety protocols, including mask wearing, physical distancing and wellness checks.

The schedule of opening facilities are listed below:

Spring is in the air and it’s time to get outdoors.
