Riise, Wilkinson appointed to lead England following Neville’s departure

Ex-internationals Hege Riise and Rhian Wilkinson have been appointed to lead England in the wake of the departure of Phil Neville to Inter Miami.

Former Norway midfielder Riise will lead the February camp with the support of ex-Canada international Wilkinson and FA head of women’s technical Kay Cossington, with their short-term contracts keeping them with the team until Sarina Wiegman takes over in August.
